Who we are

The team

In short: we are the engineers of the Formiconcept Szolgáltató Kft. architecture studio. In 2026 we launched the Reformi group, the division of our office that also deals with real estate brokerage. We have worked together for 10 years and have a number of outstanding projects behind us that we are proud of. As general designers, architects, interior designers and BIM managers we cover the entire design process, hand in hand with our specialist disciplines (structural, mechanical, building construction, fire safety, accessibility, kitchen and medical technology). During construction, on-site design supervision ensures fast, efficient and high-quality work.

Our team's greatest strength is its diversity. From the precise, analytical engineer to the most artistic interior designer, we have them all. Some are in charge of software support, one is at home in the maze of current regulations, and some know the RAL colour chart by heart. As architects we have worked for years to meet the needs of clients and users as closely as possible with our designs. To do that we step into other people's shoes and try to think with their heads and feel with their hearts. This mentality and our high level of technical knowledge is what we now bring into the world of real estate brokerage under the name Reformi.

The founder

Portrait of Dóra Debkowski

I am Dóra Debkowski, and I took the first steps to start the real estate advisory section in our office. I graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Budapest University of Technology, specialising in structures, in the structural engineering module. After my degree I worked for 9 years in a structural engineering office, where I learned and experienced a great deal. I met existing buildings, listed monuments and new builds in the most varied places across the country. I worked on structural expert reports, technical descriptions, structural permit and construction documentation, and I also taught at the Department of Structural Mechanics and Structures of the Budapest University of Technology.

From there my path led to my current workplace, Formiconcept Kft., where I became responsible for several disciplines. On countless buildings I brought the ideas of architects and specialist designers closer together. I represented the architects' interests with structural engineers, building construction designers, fire safety colleagues, mechanical engineers, and, perhaps the most serious task of all, with contractors.

I qualified as a BIM manager, and software support for design processes became my element. I am obsessed with order, systems and efficiency, seasoned with a strong streak of perfectionism and competitive spirit.
